Venue Hire – Cedar Lodge


Cedar Lodge is a modern venue available to hire for meetings, training events, workshops, conferences and professional development sessions. Located within the grounds of Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School in Coventry, the venue offers a quiet and professional setting with views across the school field. 

Designed to support collaborative working and professional learning, Cedar Lodge is well suited to organisations, schools, and local groups looking for a comfortable and well-equipped meeting space. The venue can accommodate up to 50 delegates and can be arranged in both conference and theatre-style layouts depending on the needs of your event. 

The venue includes WiFi, presentation facilities, air conditioning, kitchen facilities, disabled access, and on-site parking. Refreshments and catering options, including tea and coffee service and cold buffet lunches, can also be arranged as part of your booking. 


Hire Costs 

  • £100 full day hire (or £17 per hour) 
  • £2 per person for tea, coffee, and biscuits 
  • £5.50 per person for a cold buffet lunch

Booking Information 

We aim to provide a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors using Cedar Lodge. To help us prepare for your booking, catering requests and room setup requirements should be submitted in advance wherever possible. 

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking date will not incur a charge. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a partial charge, and cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in full.
