Heather O’Sullivan

Heather joined the Romero Shared Services Team in October 2015 as Administrative Assistant.  Through CPD and the support of the Academy she has been successful in gaining her Assoc CIPD status and the post of HR Advisor. In her role, Heather supports the Primary Schools within the MAC, with all elements of HR.

Heather has a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts (BA) focused in History from Sheffield Hallam University and is currently working towards her Level 7 CIPD.

Heather attended St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School and Trinity Catholic School in Leamington.
