Sarah took up post of HR Manager for Romero in March 2019, having spent over twelve years working in Learning and Development and Human Resources in a Local Authority and Charity sector. Sarah qualified with CIPD Level 7 PGDip in Human Resources Management and uses this learning to apply to this strategic role in Romero.
Sarah is passionate about leading the organisation forward in terms of proactive HR, ensuring the HR team give expert advice and enabling Romero to be compliant with employment legislation. Sarah is a experienced HR professional who wants to lead Romero to a place where they are a ‘Beacon of Excellence’, with their people at the core of the organisation.
When not working, Sarah enjoys baking, eating chocolate and spending time with her two boys!
